The work-life-balance is becoming increasingly blended day by day. The modern office is no simple 9-to-5 set up, work e-mails can be send from smartphones and work can be completed anywhere. Employment conditions become more flexible and employees now prefer to adapt their workload to their personal situation. More and more people are influenced by the concept of digital nomads, who can work from anywhere with their laptops. (Trendone, 2017). The fact that urbans are growing resulting in a need for optimizing space and the sharing economy is becoming a norm, many companies will need to start implementing strategies including the concept of co-working spaces (Wagner; Watch, 2017). In Dubai a hotel is starting to make the change by blending the hospitality and office into one and offers everything a digital nomad needs in the shared workspaces. (Kropp, 2018)
