Out of the Box – HTH Amsterdam
On 29 May, the Out of the Box event was organized. Throughout this day, students were able to either enjoy a delicious meal cooked and used from the ingredients of a rescued food box or take the box at home. This event was led by the Food Rescue community which emphasizes and works on food circularity. Responsible consumption and production (SD12)
Was the main take-away of this event as awareness was raised for food waste and, therefore, students will be more likely to choose their products wisely in the future and reconsider their impact on the environment.
